Behringer Xenyx X1222USB 12-Channel 16-Input 2/2-Bus Mixer & USB Interface

As a live sound or recording studio mixer and a feature-packed computer audio interface, the Behringer XENYX/USB series mixers combine profound sound sculpting potential, flexible routing, and more—all in one compact and high-value package. Loaded with 16 inputs spanning 12 channels (4 mono and 4 stereo) and a 2x2 bus mixer, the Xenyx 1602USB is an excellent size for small bands, combos, vocal acts, and more.

Channels 1-4 are loaded with studio-quality XENYX mic preamps with XLR (and 4 1/4" line inputs), bringing out the clarity, warmth, and subtlety of your studio condenser or dynamic mics. In addition to the already clear and intimate response, the simple-to-operate 1-knob compressor effortlessly adds a smooth and polished touch to your vocals. The 4 stereo channels each feature a pair of ¼” TRS inputs that are great for use with keyboards and sound modules, or they can be used as 4 independent mono channels, great for guitars, bass, drums, or other line-level sources. Each channel benefits from Behringer’s UK-voiced 3-band EQ with a sweepable midrange control, 60mm slide faders, a new 24-bit effects engine w/16 editable presets, stereo 7-band graphic EQ, and “FBQ” Feedback eliminator.

Additionally, Behringer’s XBQ 3D surround sound effect creates a broader stereo listener experience, and the integrated “Voice Canceling” function removes vocals from pre-recorded music for a professional Karaoke experience.

In addition to its great live sound potential, the 1 is packed with connectivity options and flexible signal routing. For studio (or live) recording, use the stereo USB output to connect your desktop or laptop using virtually any recording software (including free Tracktion software from Behringer.com). Plus, you can add backing tracks to your performance by routing computer playback to the main outputs with the live mix.
